As you arrive at the hotel you will be shown to your room and will have time to relax after your journey. At 4pm we will serve tea/coffee and cake in the Lounge. At 6.15pm Stephen, Linda & Martin Hooper and their staff will welcome you in the bar for a complimentary glass of Champagne and some tasty canapés.
A superb three-course Candle-lit Dinner will be served in the restaurant, followed by coffee and petit fours in the lounge. Enjoy a relaxed and informal evening.
Start your day with a Bucks Fizz and a light and tasty breakfast in the restaurant. Our Gourmet Christmas Lunch will be served in the Waterford Room at 1.00pm followed by coffee and home made mince pies. Complimentary tea and coffee served all day.

26th December - Boxing Day
A quality Brunch will be served from 8:30 until 13:00. Afterwards you may like to walk the coastal path between Highcliffe and Mudeford or even visit the New Forest. For those of you who enjoy retail therapy, Christchurch, Bournemouth and the modern shopping precinct at Southampton are only a short drive away.
The Festivities continue into the evening with a splendid three course candle-lit dinner in the restaurant, followed by live entertainment.

After being shown to your room, we will be welcoming you in the lounge with a cup of tea or coffee and home-made shortbread biscuits.
Enjoy a relaxing evening getting to know your fellow guests. A delightful Candle-lit Dinner will be served in the restaurant, followed by coffee in the lounge.
New Year's Eve 31st December
Breakfast will be served from 8.00am - 9.30am, giving you plenty of time to walk the coastal paths or visit the shops for some sale bargains.
A delicious Dorset Cream Tea will be served at 3.30pm in the lounge and our New Year's Eve Gala Dinner and Dance begins with Canapés in the lounge at 7.00pm followed by Dinner in the Waterford Room at 8.00pm. Brunch breakfast will be served from 8.00am - 10.00am.
If you are feeling peckish around 3.30pm we will be serving afternoon tea with home-made biscuits and Chocolate cake. Dinner will be served in the restaurant from 7.00pm to 9.00pm.
