The Waterford Room is a large multi-purpose room catering for all needs from business meetings, conferences, weddings or private functions. The facilities can cater for up to 100 guests. There is a private lobby for tea and coffee or buffet lunch.

• Waterford Room Half Day/Evening hire £150.00

24 hour Delegate price £135.00 includes:

• Double bedroom single occupancy when available

Day Delegate price £37.00 includes:

• Use of the conference room from 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Overhead projector, screen, marker pens and flip chart
• Full table refreshments
• Morning coffee and home-made biscuits
• Buffet luncheon to include one hot dish
• Afternoon tea and home-made biscuits

• Fruit bowls £1.25
• Danish Pastry £1.00
• Tea/Coffee £2.00
• Photocopying, Faxing, Secretarial etc. available on request at extra charge.
